Alison and her team took over this charming little establishment in 2024. Inside, the room is sober and nicely decorated, and you'll feel right at home. The menu is simple, with well-executed dishes. Its location on the port of Sète, close to the fish auction, means that fresh produce and seafood specialties are always on hand. We can't resist the call of tapas with a glass of wine as the sun reaches its zenith: here, time flies! L'Aquentine is the ideal place to recharge your batteries before setting off again.
