After proving himself in some fine establishments, Kevin decided to settle down at La Marine, where he welcomes us with good humor. Here, fresh produce takes pride of place. Philippe, his father, prepares and cooks fish and shellfish in the finest way. Mediterranean specialties abound: oysters au gratin with muscatel cream, fish and cuttlefish a la plancha, and chorizo crumble. The "Retour du marché" menu delighted us with its swordfish, sea bream, gambas and apricot-rhubarb gratin to finish.

Open all year round. Low season: Wednesday to Monday, lunchtime from 11:30am to 2pm and evening from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. High season: Wednesday to Monday, 11:30am to 11pm. Continuous service in high season. Reservations recommended. Set lunch menu: €21 (starter-main course or main course-dessert). Wine by the glass. Bouillabaisse special at €49, seafood platter from €12 per person. Groups welcome. Terrace. On the quays of the Sète canals.
