Every morning, she navigates between the market and the fish market to choose what she will cook a few hours later: cuttlefish rouille, fish soup, mackerel, sardines in escabeche, marinated sea bream, stuffed squid or even macaroni from the sea. Le repas est plutôt bon...mais vite oublié quand vous vous rendez compte que tous les clients partent les uns après les autres après avoir attendu 1h pour une entrée de moules gratinées, en se faisant insulter par la responsable de salle! Elle s'énerve sur les clients qui se plaignent des plats froids!!!Un gentil saisonnier débutant en guise de serveur, les filles des patrons qui courent partout, aucune table débarrassée, la salle qui s'engueule avec la cuisine tout le long...Et on entend la responsable qui critique les clients en restant vissée sur sa chaise...Ambiance assurée...
