LE TILAPIA
Seafood cuisine based on fresh products in a restaurant with terrace overlooking the port of Sète.
Just above the fish market, this small restaurant offers fresh produce, local fish, wild fish and homemade pastries on its terrace. Quietly installed in the shade, with a view of the marina, we liked the south-western salad with semi-cooked foie gras, the shellfish dish au gratin and the melting variation of cuttlefish à la sétoise. Here the fish of the day on the slate is wild and comes from local fishing, all accompanied by a small rosé from the Domaine des Yeuses in Mèze and a Norwegian omelette to conclude.
