LE VENT EN POULPE
Located in Sète, the Vent en Poulpe is a restaurant that cooks delicious smoked fish, tielles... peaches from the chef's husband.
Towards the beach of the Corniche, along the quay of the Tintaine, we discover a pocket address from which escapes a delicious aroma and whose name we love: Le Vent en poulpe. Behind the stoves and in front of the pot, Peggy cooks with know-how and patience delicious tielles that are as traditional as they come. To each his own recipe, and here the tielles are garnished with generous pieces of Mediterranean octopus, which have been caught by her husband. There's no better way of doing things than with short circuits! And the result is perfect.

Un véritable délice, pêche locale, accueil sympathique.
Si j'avais su, j'en aurai ramené beaucoup plus.
