A pretty address, Nossa is a contemporary pizzeria that never forgets to be generous and welcoming. We love the short (less than 10 pizzas), creative and gourmet menu that changes with the seasons. The long-fermented sourdough dough uses carefully selected ingredients for delicious results. We start with a salad of fennel, parmesan and orange vinaigrette. We continue with the Galino: mozza fior di latte, shredded free-range chicken, spinach shoots, red onions and toasted hazelnuts. Serve with natural wine.
