A native of the region, Fred generously welcomes guests to his restaurant, located opposite the Saint-Louis pier and just a stone's throw from the sea. On the menu, he shows the color: bistro and traditional cuisine that honors the land. His menus are composed of good marine products (oysters from Bouzigues, rouille, squid, stuffed mussels...) and terrestrial products (filet mignon of pork with forestry sauce or duck breast with balsamic-honey sauce). Everything is fresh and home-made. Fred being a bon vivant, the welcome is very pleasant.
