Located between the Gare de Sète and its theater, La Fourchette restaurant is a family-run business. For 15 years, Alexandre and Laura, brother and sister, have been ensuring the well-being of their clients. In the dining room, the service is done in a cheerful way and with a dazzling smile, which makes it easy to make all the lucky ones who have walked inside or on the terrace at ease. As for dishes, we have a treat with a country terrine, sardine rillettes, stuffed squid, blanquette de veau, Sète-style fresh pasta, rum baba, etc. Everything is homemade and we can see it! Special mention for first-quality burgers composed of baked bread and a well-chosen meat.

Beaucoup d'habitués (gage de qualité) et l'accueil est aussi sympatique avec les nouveaux clients.
Le service est plein de bonne humeur et la jeune fille à été à nos petits soins, ça devient rare de nos jours pour que je le souligne.
La cuisine est entièrement Maison. Il se plie en 4 pour vous faire plaisir.
