Restaurant offering Aveyron cuisine and quality local specialties in Sète.
Tony's Table is one of Sète's must-taste spots. Together with his chef Stéphane, they ensure the same high quality all year round, with a menu that not only features Sète specialities, but also gives pride of place to cuisine from his native Aveyron. The kitchen is open to the public, so you can watch the chef at work. You can sit on the terrace or in the small dining room, which is also a delicatessen and wine cellar. Here, you don't have to worry about the menu. Tony goes into incredible detail, and by the time we hear the names of the dishes, we're salivating... The menu changes very often, but if you see, for example, his famous fisherman's crust dishes, pitchilinnes shellfish, crème brûlée with foie gras, tripoux from Rouergue or saddle of rabbit and smoked pork belly fried with lentils from Puy cooked with the scents of Provence and many other delights.

Superb food to a Michelin * standard for €55 for a 3 course gourmet experience. “I recently paid that for a tomato soup at the Waterside in Brae”
