A LA BONNE FOURCHETTE
Restaurant on the banks of the "Grande Bleue" in Sète offering seafood and Lyonnais cuisine based on quality products.
After graduating "Astonishing Beaujolais" in 2006 and 2010 and Franc Mince for about years in Lyon, Mr. and Mrs. Bulgarelli decided to put their suitcases on the shores of Grande Bleue. In a red and white setting and located at the Corniche, the place has everything to please. Lyon specialities are of honour: head of calf sauce gribiche, roasted sausage, mustard andouillette and on the order of cassoulet lyonnais and gratiné of Sabodet. But the specialties of the sea are not yet in place; fisherman's pot, pan of Saint-Jacques, salmon duo on snail's delight, cuttlefish or gambas gambas and an excellent crumble of Saint-Jacques nuts and crayfish aurora. The kitchen is simple but of an extreme quality, and the bosses are to the small care, welcoming and friendly. The products worked are of quality: soup, gnocchis, agnalotti to the seven cheeses and a beautiful pizza card to take or on site. In dessert, chocolate sweetness or caramel or fine apple pie with its vanilla ice ball are delicious. And regularly, the couple proposes the Morning Mince francs with lyonnaiseries and other nice Beaujolais.
