Brasserie with terrace located next to the Molière theatre in Sète offering tapas.
Goodbye Le Victor Hugo, hello Le Victor! Right next to the Molière Theater, this elegant brasserie with a large terrace shaded by the plane trees has been tastefully renovated during its change of owner: white and grey tones, beautiful volumes, moldings, woodwork, tablecloths, a refined and comfortable setting. In the dining room or on the terrace, the hotel is often oriented towards the south, a success achieved thanks to an exceptional brasserie formula. We started the meal with a seasonal soup as a welcome, followed by the fish & chips made up of fresh cod and melting cuttlefish. As for the dessert, the apricot pie has finished convincing us of the quality of the address. In the evening, the "Spanish hostel" atmosphere brings together the inhabitants of Sète during the afterwork time around a few well-chosen tapas (chorizo, pan con tomate, ducks skewer and citrus fruit, shrimp doughnuts, Iberian ham…) and on Thursdays, the " 7 à huitre, écaille ta salsa " brings together… lovers of shell and dance. On Fridays, enjoy concert with mainly regional wines such as the Domaine Hondrat in red or white.
