A restaurant in Sète offering an excellent and varied cuisine.
Near the beach of Lazaret, here is an excellent address: a small restaurant with a very friendly team, a simple decoration, wooden tables, and beautiful plates. You can start with clams, stuffed mussels or a salad with slices of smoked salmon and small shellfish flavored with curry. We continue with a lamb mouse cooked at low temperature with Sichuan sauce or roasted scallops with champagne velouté and truffle. Chic! For dessert, we melt on an almond tart with pears to finish in beauty.

For my anniversary, NS naps gone with the small Bistro Thursday, without résa... A warm welcome, one NS found a quite quickly, very well. However, as its name suggests, is a " bistrot" cd. a kitchen enough " classique". The price is a little high what is logical NS sums on the coast. However, the menu, does not leave a choice in the desserts, which disturbed me as I did not like dessert! To try all the same.
We took special. While waiting for the dish, offered homemade potted us house. This meal was a dazzling early until the end, is only seasonal produce and cooked in the restaurant. No frozen, no artificial. only fresh produce. I was completed by the lady 93 years who wanted to change place several times, no problem. Cafes were offered to us. Stays bill reasonable. I very satisfied.
