Brewery located on the heights of the town of Siète, in the gardens of the Paul Valéry museum, offering seasonal cuisine.

On the heights of the city, in the gardens of the Paul Valéry museum, the Brasserie des Arts lies under the shadow of hackberries and acacias. Beside a pool where some red fish swim, the place is not lacking in charm. André and Thierry, whom we knew from the restaurant Le 19 in Souras Bas, created this place that marries literary coffee, themed evenings and beautiful dishes (the entertainment programme is displayed on the site of the Paul Valéry museum). As for the dishes, the menu changes over the course of the seasons and you can treat yourself with quality cuisine like this lamb shank or these excellent Sète-style lasagna. But in summer, the Brasserie des Arts articulates its cuisine around meat and fish à la plancha. As for dessert, it will be an excellent gourmet coffee, a rum baba and a homemade Chantilly or a lemon pie.
