Mediterranean cuisine in a restaurant near the canals of Sète.
This refined restaurant, dedicated to Mediterranean cuisine, offers a superb setting, with its terrace shaded by Virginia creeper and surrounded by fig trees. Along the canal, the address highlights products from the fish market: fish and seafood go from the boat to the kitchen, then to the plate. Oysters, octopus or tuna carpaccio, endive tatin or crunchy prawns are a good start. For the main course, there is an embarrassment of riches: sea bream, grilled squid or cuttlefish, tuna in a variety of ways, blue lobster and even pasta or entrecote. To be tasted!

Highly recommend this restaurant. The food was fabulous and the sevice was outstanding. If you have only one night in this lovely village eat here. Can not fault at all.
