Address in Sète offering excellent cuisine and organic chinon.
The day when we were finishing off this guide, we discover La Table à Jaja. This small, cozy, bistro-bouchon style room, decorated with posters of French punk rock groups, the style of the Garçon Bouchers (you see genre), has a very enticing chalk menu: Marrow bone with Guérande salt, lentils cream with bacon, braised 5A andouillette, veal head of the boss and white chocolate raspberry rolls. We would have loved the poached eggs in red wine sauce and the feet paquets. As for Jaja's dishes, a good little local Faugères or an excellent organic Chinon prepared by Eric, both boss and chef. Anyway, an address that smells good! Very good!
