During a visit to the Paul-Valéry museum, we discover its charming café restaurant. In a very pleasant setting, you can first enjoy the view of the marine cemetery, with the sea in the background. At the table, we start with some "sétoiseries" to open the appetite. You can choose between fried cuttlefish, fresh cheese, vitello tonnato, mackerel or sardines. For the rest, the menu offers three gourmet dishes, with bistronomic accents, prepared with good fresh and seasonal products. For dessert, the flavors are comforting.
