Cocktail bar-restaurant with terrace offering Mediterranean, Caribbean, Asian and Pacific cuisine.
Stéphane Lachello welcomes you to his home in a young and relaxed atmosphere. The installation is done on the very zen terrace with a marine decor, made of wood and ropes, or in the interior room, nicely arranged with the complicity of the architect Guy Falco. Both a cocktail bar (based on amber rum, vodka, champagne, etc.) and a restaurant, the Hippy Market Café's menu focuses on the marine flavours of the Mediterranean, the West Indies, but also Asia and the Pacific. As an appetizer, you can choose between egg casserole with foie gras, sea bass tartare with exotic flavours or Thai beef salad. As for the main course, you hesitate for a long time between the true monkfish bourride, the prawns with whisky cream or the homemade burger. The meal will end on a gourmet note thanks to the fig tatin, the strawberry and banana brochette with coconut, the Nutella crème brûlée, the chocolate fondant, etc. These agapes are accompanied by a fine selection of regional wines (but not only!).

Les prix sont légèrement au-dessus de la moyenne mais la qualité est excellente.
Je reviendrai sans hésiter lors de mon prochain passage à Sète.
