Home of Sète chef Jordan Yuste, this refined and creative address has just won its first Michelin star. The small terrace overlooks the pedestrian street, the room is nicely decorated with raw materials - stone, wood, metal. On the kitchen side, the flavors are inventive, concocted with organic, farm, wild, seasonal products; colored with perfumes from elsewhere. We let ourselves be guided by a blind menu full of freshness and generosity; we accompany our meal with natural wines. The welcome and the service are very pleasant. What a pleasure!
