Formerly the home of starred chef Anne Majourel, this restaurant with its splendid view is now run by Guilhem Blanc-Brude. The regulars of the address are delighted with the unchanged formula: a unique blind menu, orchestrated in six steps. The local and seasonal products are tasted here with finesse, in fresh and creative plates which marry maritime and terrestrial flavours. Bon concept avec des plats de qualité. Service impeccable. Néanmoins prévoyez du temps en raison de la multiplicité des plats et le soin des préparations ( 2 amuses bouche, 2 entrées, 2 plats , 2 desserts ), vins chers et des boissons qui sont sur la carte non disponibles. Je recommande toutefois pour la qualité des produits et de la cuisine.

Mais quel restaurant, exceptionnel !!!
Super accueil.
Menu surprise…Une découverte de saveurs du début à la fin, superbe présentation des plats…
Un grand merci au Chef et à son équipe ! Nous sommes venus un soir mais à essayer un midi pour profiter de cette très belle vue. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter ça c’est certain ! ☺️ à bientôt

Point positif cuisine excellente, point négatif très cher pour les boissons : 3 verres de vin (peu remplis) et une eau gazeuse pour 38€ ; terrasse aixigue avec bruits de circulation. Alain
