René-François Le Bail is a former jouster reconverted in the art of the pavois of Sète. Now an authentic artist, this heritage and woodworking enthusiast makes pavois, i.e. wooden shields used by jousters during the Languedoc jousts. They can be personalized according to your desires from photographs, drawings, names. Among his creations, the Ricard bulwark (with a compartment-bar) made the buzz! Among the personalities who own his works are... the Pope! Price on request.
