Maryse retired last year and handed over the address to a happy band, thanks to them this lively meeting place of Sète inhabitants has managed to preserve the meaning of party. Surrounded by friends, musicians, partygoers and other curious people, the party continues for the Saint-Louis Festival, concerts and rugby games. In short, there's no fuss here, the diversity in Sète is widely represented and meets during a party. At lunchtime, in the week, you can enjoy a small menu "tout bien, tout bien" with a soup of the day, charolais meat tartare and a orange molten cake.
