With the arrival of this young address, Sète can also boast of having a nice urban wine cellar. It is noticeable by its frontage with three colorful letters (UVA). Inside are the press, the vats and the amphorae used to produce the first vintages of Mathilde, Pablo and Gauthier. Natural wines finely concocted with organically grown grapes, harvested by hand, with natural yeasts, without any added input. In bottle or in bulk, we discover here tastes and an atypical place, sometimes animated, and we love it!
