It's been already a few years since Julia and Pierre Politi have been making wonders in their factory of pasta and grocery at Boulevard de Verdun. At the end of 2017, they settled in a beautiful brandnew space between the Canal and the City Hall. The address changes but the quality remains the same! Pasta are now made on the spot, they are available in raviolis, cannellonis and other high-quality lasagnas. An idyllic setting for a Sète institution that is "Ravioli Politi", it must be said that Pierre's mother already sold ravioli in the market in 1946… The "delicatessen" part of the address has occupied more volume, and it gives pride of place to Italian products: Ardoino olive oil, panetone from Cova, Venchi chocolates, Caffarel pastry, deli meats and cheeses at retail, as well as antipasti that you can also enjoy on site with a good glass of wine from La Grande "Botte".
