Founded in 1963, this Sétoise cannery has now been awarded the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (Living Heritage Company) label. Here, seafood is treated with experience and respect. A true institution between terroir and gastronomy: fish soups, octopus rouille and marinades, mussels, stuffed squid, cod brandade... The Collège Culinaire de France has even recognized it as a "Producteur Artisan de Qualité". You can come and visit the company and taste its tasty products!

Super location für alle Fischliebhaber. Man bekommt auch Einblicke in die Produktion. Auch für Kinder spannend. Tolle sehr freundliche Beratung.

Nous avons acheté en grande surface de l' aïoli de chez Azaïs-Polito car nous avons vu que c' était une fabrication artisanale de la région.
Grosse déception. Où est passé l' ail ?
Texture de la mayonnaise qui rappelle plus un produit industriel qu' artisanal !
