Founded in 1963, this Sétoise cannery has now been awarded the "Entreprise du Patrimoine Vivant" (Living Heritage Company) label. Here, seafood is treated with experience and respect. A true institution between terroir and gastronomy: fish soups, octopus rouille and marinades, mussels, stuffed squid, cod brandade... The Collège Culinaire de France has even recognized it as a "Producteur Artisan de Qualité". You can come and visit the company and taste its tasty products!

Excellent endroit pour se souvenir un peu de l'histoire de Sete.

Histoire d'une tradition culinaire, basée sur un établissement familial, qui a su créer une tradition culinaire artisanale.

Merci beaucoup, à Ramzi qui, pour sa gentillesse et son sens du commerce, Il nous a permis de choisir le meilleur de l'établissement pour une dégustation gastronomique..

Nous ns sommes rendus dernièrement à l'usine Azais Polito où ns avons été très bien accueilli après une visite des lieux ns avons effectué quelques achats de très bon produits afin de passer d'agréable fête.Je ne peux que recommander cette visite que ns ne manquerons pas de renouveller.
