BELLAS ET GENISSIEU
Didier Bellas, the butcher, and Jean-Baptiste Genissieu, the greengrocer, perfectly work together. In two distinct spaces, they have settled for less than a year just a stone's throw from the Post Office and the audiovisual library. A beautiful association, where the best predominates at more than reasonable prices. As for the meat: limousin, charolais and Aveyron farm veal, as well as rabbit and farm poultry of Languedoc. A nice cheese section is mouthwatering with salers, roquefort, perail and pélardon. A delicatessen section where you will find everything for a meal on the go (squid, paella, macaronade, stuffed cabbage and tomato) completes Didier's "territory". On the other hand, Jean-Baptiste offers a nice choice of seasonal fruits and vegetables, mostly from producers in the region. You will also find some exotic fruits such as mangoes, pineapple or guavas. Between these 2 "spaces", the link is made thanks to some wines coming directly from producers selected by these gentlemen, and excellent fruit juices (such as those of Verger de Saint-Jean), quality jams and honey. Nice welcome and good cooking tips…

Pour le 31 un loup de mer sauce crustacés cognac, une tuerie, excellent, servi avec des crémeux de butternut le tout à un prix très attractif. Vraiment je conseille les yeux fermés.
Bravo et Merci
