LOU PASTROU
Between the town hall and the covered market, Cadilhac has established a great reputation since 1976. Born "into cheese" in Roquefort, he perpetuates a tradition of four generations. His grandparents owned the famous cellars of the Baragnoudes in Roquefort. Here, you will find the best cheeses: Reblochon, Chaource, Brillat-Savarin, Timanoix, Breton cheese with a taste of walnuts, Lou Bren, an organic cheese from Aveyron, Agasse du Larzac, Tome d'Estaing, Sévérac, a mixture of cows, sheep, goat cheese, Ossau Iraty, Manchego, Laguiole, Comté, a beautiful selection of goat cheese (Pélardon, Rocamadour, Crottin, Piccodon) and of course Roquefort. An advice: taste the top of the Gruyère, the Estivaz des Alpages. Cheeses from Holland, Spain, Basque Country, Italy, Switzerland: it is a world tour of cheeses offered by Cadilhac who has one priority: quality. and he takes the time to provide you with all his advice.

Bref, j' adore
