CHEZ CYRIL
Every time a national channel makes a story about the city and the beautiful halles of Sète, there is a lot to bet for the Cyril fringe to appear on the screen. Cyril keeps her mom's fish store, Mireille, right in the center of the halles. So much to say a real institution for the beautiful Sète! This is the most beautiful part of the Mediterranean. from the beautiful baudrosis to the smallest frills with garlic and parsley, as Cyril advises. Wolves, dorades, Saint-Pierre, shells Saint-Jacques, gambas, shrimps, lobsters, but also organic salmon, wolves and line dorads, bluefin tuna when it doesn't get too rare, everything is of extreme freshness and the team is not hungry for culinary advice. And recently Cyril has launched the sushi in association with Serge, who holds a pretty little estancot and prepares sushi, makis of high quality (Thursday, Friday and Saturday). But to return to the halles, these two serve and prepare sushi to fall! Only on Saturday and Sunday morning, a dozen tables are prepared. With a small glass of Picpoul or rosé, what pleasure to taste in such a sushi atmosphere of dorade, wolf, banded tuna, organic salmon, a wide range of fish depending on fishing, and at very reasonable prices, to eat on site or to take. A very nice idea!
