This fish shop specialises in fish from the Mediterranean and has a solid reputation. In the 1960s, grandfather Georges Azaïs founded the auction house of Sète. Since then, son and grandson have followed in his footsteps in wholesale trade of fish as wholesale fish merchants. Here, everything is fresh and quality. You can also take a look at "the seafood shop" and discover the specialties of Azaïs Polito, the last canning factory of Sète seafood led by another branch of the family. Finally, you will fall for an artisanal tieille made by the Dassé family.
