La Cave is a wine bar, restaurant and concert space set up in an area formerly dedicated to winemaking. Sabine and Patrick wanted to make it a place where people could meet and enjoy wine and creative, fragrant, colorful and spicy cuisine. The latter is based on organic, local, short-circuit products, and recipes are made according to market arrivals and the inspiration of the day. Vegetarian and vegan dishes are also available by reservation. Let yourself be surprised by this gourmet cuisine.

Wir waren am Samstagabend mit unseren Kindern zum Essen da. Leider konnten wir nicht a la carte essen, sondern mussten das Menü für 28 € nehmen. Unsere Tochter ist Vegetarierin, für sie hätten wir im Vorfeld etwas bestellen müssen, man konnte nicht so kurzfristig darauf reagieren. Die Qualität des Essens war hervorragend, der Preis für die beiden Gänge jedoch nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Weinauswahl war fantastisch und die Preise für die Weine absolut fair.
Points négatifs : menu unique, assez cher : 28€ houmous de carotte, quelques moules, poulet riz...

Sabine kookt met dagverse en vaak biologische producten. Eerlijk en smaakvol. De huiswijn ‘soif de vin’ (biologisch-dynamisch) is heerlijk.
La Cave is de Minervois op je bord en in je glas!
