Catherine, a passionate olive grower for over 20 years, invites us to discover her estate in Thézan-les-Béziers. It takes no less than 7 hectares of olive trees and almost 1,500 trees to produce the precious liquid, from varieties such as Olivière, Picholine, Aglandau and Lucques. She confides: "I try to look after my trees as if they were my children", and this is reflected in the quality. Authentic, smiling and pleasant, we invite you to come and meet her. Visits and tastings by appointment only.
