LE CAVEAU FERLUS
A place of sharing and conviviality, the Caveau Ferlus is a new appointment not to be missed in the small village of Tourbes. Both bar and wine cellar, the establishment has more than one asset. Created by Pascal Rey Saint Martin, a true enthusiast with a fine nose, the address is named in homage to his great-great-grandfather Charles Ferlus, a name he chose to write a new chapter in the family history. This ancestor, who once owned estates in the Languedoc region, was an elder of Tourbes. He had installed his cellar and the outbuildings necessary for the vinification of the grapes. Today, it is in this historic and modernised cellar that Pascal welcomes his clients. He accompanies the selected nectars with well-smoked tapas and some musical entertainment and theme evenings.
