CHÂTEAU DE ROUSSELET
Château de Rousselet has been a family estate for five generations, with 19 hectares of vines averaging 30 years of age in the heart of the Côtes-de-Bourg appellation. Sabine and Emmanuel Sou, dynamic young winemakers, invite you to taste the latest vintages produced by the family. Tannic and colorful, this wine is aged partly in new oak barrels. Our red and white wines have won several medals and are cited in the Hachette guide.
Oenologists' opinions. Château de Rousselet, Côtes-de-Bourg contrôlée, 2010: dark garnet-red color, purplish highlights, brilliant. Complex nose, with notes of red fruit, blackberry, smoke and toast. Round attack on the palate, quality tannins, fruity aromas. A wine to look forward to.
Château de Rousselet, 2009. côtes-de-Bourg: bright red color. Pleasant nose with aromas of violets and fresh fruit. Medium-intensity attack on the palate, but this wine is well-balanced.
