L'Ôdacieuse is the temple of the sea in Valras. Both a fishmonger's and a restaurant, the establishment encourages tasting on the spot via gourmet plates and also concocts beautiful platters of shellfish full of freshness, to take away. In a pretty seaside atmosphere, with a decoration worthy of a fishing hut, the team is busy making pots and beautiful compositions. Good, fresh and copious. Reservation more than recommended!

Very nice small family-owned seafood restaurant. Everything is homemade, the food is regional and fresh, including wine from the region, and it's in its 3rd generation. In Valras, you have plenty of tourist traps, but this restaurant is hidden, offering originality and freshness compared to the others.
