L’ABRI CÔTIER
A few steps from the promenade and the beach in this restaurant everything was redone, a nice terrace, a bright room and we find Yannick and Gina that we had known to the Antique Dealers in Béziers. On the plate is a kitchen of the south, a raw and smoked salmon tartar with dough and lime juice or a laminated feuilleté of seafood at the Noilly Prat finally a cute filet of tomato and olives and to finish a blend of éclats chocolate. It's all excellent, with a fine selection of wines, including the Clos Bagatelle in Red, which will always spoil us.
