Let's set the scene: a beautiful restaurant on the seafront in Valras-Plage, a nice shady terrace. On the service side, a smiling and dynamic team. On the kitchen side, a beautiful gastronomy inspired by the catch of the day: iodized flavours finely highlighted, with a great deal of fish (from Jérémie Sauzet's catch) and a deliciously executed creativity for beautiful and perfectly prepared plates. During our visit, on the menu: fish soup from Ô de Vie, rouille and ccognac, fish pareillade, apple crumble. A beautiful place.
