Let's set the scene: a beautiful restaurant on the seafront in Valras-Plage, a nice shady terrace. On the service side, a smiling and dynamic team. On the kitchen side, a beautiful gastronomy inspired by the catch of the day: iodized flavours finely highlighted, with a great deal of fish (from Jérémie Sauzet's catch) and a deliciously executed creativity for beautiful and perfectly prepared plates. During our visit, on the menu: fish soup from Ô de Vie, rouille and ccognac, fish pareillade, apple crumble. A beautiful place.

La nourriture est vraiment moyenne sans beaucoup de choix au menu/à la carte, je comprends le principe de minimiser le menu pour minimiser le gaspillage, surtout hors saison, mais le restaurant était presque plein. J'espère que les propriétaires rafraîchiront le menu, cet endroit se trouve dans un joli et beau quartier avec une vue imprenable sur la plage.
La sole frite était correcte, le trio de thon avec une sauce étrange et sucrée, la soupe de poisson avait le goût d'un pot. Un service amical a vraiment aidé.

Very easy be the best, when you don't have any competitors around.
Food is really average without much choice on menu / a la carte, I understand the principle of minimising the menu to minimise the waste, especially during out of season, but the restaurant was almost full. I hope the owners will refresh the menu, this place is in a nice, beautiful neighbourhood with stunning view on the beach.
Fried sole was OK, trio tuna with sweet strange sauce, fish soup tasted like from jar. Friendly service really helped.
