Behind the stove, chef Evelyne Deroche, a Maître Restaurateur, works with fresh, local and exceptional produce to create magnificent dishes for her customers. For example: Medallion of roasted veal with morel mushroom sauce, Grilled fillet of sea bream with lemon white butter, Razor clams a la plancha with sauce vierge and wild garlic pesto. Please note that the fish cooked here is wild caught. The wine list offers a wide selection of local and international wines to accompany your meal.
