Originally from Forbach in Moselle, the chef and his wife welcome you to L'Asparagus, their restaurant in Valros, where the atmosphere in the dining room is just like the gastronomy, hushed and classic. Entirely homemade, the cuisine is inspired by the seasons and the market of the day. Traditional and intuitive, greedy and generous, the gastronomy here is an ode to good eating.
