This superb wine-tourism centre offers an à la carte holiday, with a majority of free services as a bonus, which is rare enough to be highlighted. An ecological architecture of wood and stone. Three possibilities, the first one around wine, tasting workshops, a cellar, a restaurant and a wine bar. Taste workshops are led by Marie-Hélène Dal Cin, oenologist-sommelier. The second part is culture and relaxation, an exhibition on the history of the vineyard, an aromatic garden and presentation of grape varieties, a playground for children, digital tools, an open-air theatre with a programme of animations. Finally, possibilities of sports activities on reservation, canoeing, mountain biking, horse riding... A complete offer to discover the richness of the soil of St Christol while enjoying yourself. A new restaurant also opened in May 2019.
