What could be more normal because it is housed in an old lava stone house (the volcano is nearby) that once sheltered the bishops of Agde and where there is still a mysterious underground and a monumental fireplace. In this context, Ariane and Vincent Leron could only play, in cooking, the tradition. They will welcome you with their natural kindness and will make you taste a local cuisine, full of character and generosity. Mussel frying pan au gratin with garlic and parsley butter are on the menu, not to mention, of course, the homemade duck foie gras terrine, the roasted Roquebrun goat cheese or the Bouzigues oysters gratinated in Noilly-Prat.
