Restaurant with friendly service and homemade dishes at reasonable prices
Pascal and Gillian took over this establishment located in the centre of the village more than a year ago. On the beautiful shady square, typical of southern villages and lively in the summer, you will enjoy a simple and quality cuisine, inherited from both the Irish (northern) and French origins of the couple. The dishes are well cooked, pleasantly presented, copious and change every day; everything is homemade. The prices are reasonable and the service friendly. Starters include linguine of scallops in parsley with Parma ham and parmesan tuile, homemade fish soup and its garnish, then chicken supreme with its spicy chorizo sauce and cébette, duck confit with mashed potatoes, hake fillet with mushroom sauce, homemade oven lasagna, sea bream fillet with zucchini, sage and lemon risotto or duck leg confit with lentils, to finish with strawberries confit with lemon and whipped cream, terrine with three chocolates and caramel sauce or gourmet coffee. In July and August, the shopkeepers of the place organize every Monday concerts and a "bal musette" on Friday evening.
