In his eponymous restaurant, the chef composes delicate dishes using noble products such as mushrooms, foie gras or truffles. Une très belle adresse que je recommande, accueil chaleureux, un sans faute de l’entrée au dessert le tout avec des produits frais, un chef passionné par son métier qui vous explique chaque plat. Que demander de plus sinon y revenir.
