In his eponymous restaurant, the chef composes delicate dishes using noble products such as mushrooms, foie gras or truffles. If the flavours are refined and the combinations sometimes surprising, the atmosphere remains family and warm, far from the cold addresses typically associated with this type of cuisine. During your visit you will surely have the opportunity to meet the chef, he takes a mischievous pleasure in talking with customers and explaining his creations. Special mention for cod with raspberry juice, a great find!

Un restaurant exceptionnel. L'accueil y est chaleureux, le service agréable et la cuisine de Christian digne des Maîtres Restaurateurs. Les produits nobles et de qualité sont respectés lors de leur cuisson et la présentation est magnifique.
