Ludovic and Marjorie welcome you in the centre of Vias in their pretty shop. Mister is a former companion of duty. After ten years of tour de France, they put their suitcases here for our greatest pleasure. Their creation, the "Viassounet," an affectionate little name for the town that has adopted them so well, has been awarded the Hérault Gourmand 2015 in the soft biscuit category. It resembles a Breton shortbread candied with raspberries and blueberries and covered with a soft almond filling. We love it!
