LES CLOS DE MIEGE
Florence Monferran is both a historian and a winemaker, which gives her a very particular approach to the vine. Here, she brings back to life small plots of Muscat à petits grains to offer sweet, natural, light and organic wines. At Clos de Miège, she highlights the historical winegrowing heritage of the area by reproducing the conditions of elaboration and practices of excellence of the 17th and 18th centuries. The cuvées l'Originel, Prima Ora, and its natural sparkling wine are very interesting wines without inputs.
