In the 17th-century vaulted Colbert room, discover a restaurant with Mediterranean accents. The cuisine is delicate, fragrant and daring, each dish an invitation to indulge: salmon and ricotta log with vodka cream, roast pink veal with curried cauliflower mousseline, Iberian risotto with cuttlefish and prawns, lemon and limoncello bavarois... The presentation is elegant and the service always impeccable.

The outdoor terrace lets you enjoy the view in the shade of the wisteria.

Très bon restaurant
Après avoir fait le sentier de randonnée du village qui est fabuleux , nous nous sommes attablés dans ce restaurant , et c'est un régal , l'acceuil est chaleureux , les ingrédients des plats sont locaux pour la plupart , et la cuisine méditerranéenne est maitrisee

The first time it was in family on the advice of friends.
We discovered a kitchen " terroir" but nice and refined with local flavours.
The desserts are original.
Ever disappointed we stop when the weather arrive.
It is often in June benefit from the terrace.
Good quality/price ratio.
Of course, do not forget to book.
I have forgotten: the service " on mesures" discreet and attentive.
