DOMAINE D'HONDRAT
Located in Villeveyrac, in the beautiful Occitanie region, Domaine d'Hondrat is a family-run winery that is an integral part of the Languedoc winegrowing landscape. The estate's vineyards benefit from the influence of the sea breeze and the Tramontane, providing ideal conditions for growing grapes. Since 1891, five generations of winemakers have succeeded one another in developing the estate, which today covers 80 hectares. The estate offers a wide selection of the region's emblematic grape varieties, as well as more atypical varieties. The minerality of the wines reflects the clay-limestone and gravel soils of the estate, part of which is classified as A.O.P. Coteaux du Languedoc. Environmentally aware, the estate is certified Terra Vitis and HVE 3, and favors minimal intervention in the vines.
