Château de la Caze is a magnificent, sumptuous, perfectly-kept residence over five centuries old. This Lozère landmark is a hotel and restaurant. In the kitchen, gastronomy and noble products take center stage: roasted scallops and summer white truffle risotto, confit pork cheek, herb-crusted Lozère veal fillet, Pornic l'éleveur pigeon supreme... The chocolate peanut vanilla entremet is a pure indulgence to round off the meal.
