MEDOC REGIONAL NATURE PARK
This tongue of land, which plunges into the ocean, concentrates many of the challenges of an area classified as a Regional Nature Park: its preserved nature, its unique and incredibly varied landscapes from the vineyards to the lakes; from the ocean to the forest, its water, its estuary, its forestry economy, its traditions, its companies with unique know-how, but also its social and economic fragilities. The Park extends over 51 communes, 4 communities of communes and brings together 4 major landscape entities.
